Pricing FAQ
Can I try Premium before paying?
Yes. Premium includes a 14-day free trial so you can explore all features before committing. No credit card required during the trial.
What happens when the free tier limit is reached?
When your child reaches 20 messages in a day, Nolis lets them know they have used their daily quota. Crisis alerts are included on every plan, including the free one.
Is there an annual plan?
Not at the moment: Premium is billed monthly (€8.99/month). You can cancel anytime from your account: it won't renew and you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
What payment methods do you accept?
We process payments securely through Stripe. You can pay with all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Additional payment methods may be available depending on your country.
Is there a family or multi-child discount?
Premium already includes up to 5 children at no extra cost. That is our family-friendly pricing — one price for the whole family.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your account, no questions asked: it won't renew and you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan. Crisis alerts keep working.
What is the minimum age?
HolaNolis is designed for children, teens and young people aged 10 to 20, with 4 adaptive age brackets (10-12, 13-15, 16-18, 19-20). Under 18, a responsible adult is always required: that is our own policy, in every country. The legal age of digital consent under the GDPR varies by country (for example, 13 in the UK, 14 in Spain, 15 in France and 16 in Germany), and in the US COPPA protects children under 13. Young people aged 18 or over decide for themselves: supervision can only continue with their consent, and they can ask for it to be removed through the contact form on our website.
Does it work without my child knowing?
No, and that is by design. HolaNolis is built on transparency: your child always sees their supervision level and must accept the terms before using the service. There is no hidden surveillance. Trust is built with honesty, not secrecy.
Is HolaNolis designed with the GDPR and COPPA in mind?
Yes. HolaNolis is designed with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the EU AI Act and, for the US, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in mind. This is not a certification: external legal review is pending. Data is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. We don't sell data or use it for advertising or to train models. Only the providers needed to run the service process it, under data processing agreements (details in the privacy policy). The main AI model runs in the EU.
