When your child reaches 20 messages in a day, Nolis lets them know they have used their daily quota. Crisis detection and alerts remain active 24/7 regardless of limits.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch between monthly and annual plans at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Annual billing saves you approximately 17%.
What payment methods do you accept?
We process payments securely through Stripe. You can pay with all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Additional payment methods may be available depending on your country.
Is there a family or multi-child discount?
Premium already includes up to 5 minors at no extra cost. That is our family-friendly pricing — one price for the whole family.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings, no questions asked. Your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the billing cycle. Crisis alerts keep working. Premium data is preserved for 30 days in case you change your mind.
What is the minimum age?
Does it work without my child knowing?
No, and that is by design. HolaNolis is built on transparency: your child always sees their supervision level and must accept the terms before using the service. There is no hidden surveillance. Trust is built with honesty, not secrecy.
Are you GDPR and COPPA compliant?
Yes. HolaNolis complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and the EU AI Act (2024). All data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never shared with third parties.
