Is it safe?
Yes. HolaNolis features a 4-layer safety pipeline, crisis detection on every single message, and full regulatory compliance (GDPR, EU AI Act, COPPA). Safety is the architecture, not a patch added afterwards.
What supervision levels exist?
Light (crisis alerts + usage hours), Medium (+ topic summaries + sentiment analysis), Full (+ complete conversation history). Your child always sees which supervision level is active — no surprises.
Does Nolis give medical or psychological advice?
Never. Nolis detects, alerts, and redirects to professionals when needed. It's a companion, not an advisor. It never diagnoses or prescribes. That's precisely what makes it trustworthy.
What if my child is in crisis?
Nolis detects crisis patterns in real time, responds empathetically, provides professional helpline information, and alerts you within seconds via email and push notification. Crisis alerts are free on all plans.
How much does it cost?
The free tier includes 20 messages per day and crisis alerts. Premium costs €8.99/month (or €7.49/month billed annually) and includes unlimited messages, up to 5 kids, advanced reports, and up to 3 tutors.
What ages is it for?
For young people aged 10-20, with 4 adaptive age brackets (10-12, 13-15, 16-18, 19-20). The AI adapts its language, humor, and complexity to each age automatically.
Can both parents see the family panel?
Yes, the Premium plan supports up to 3 tutors. Everyone sees the same family panel and the same alerts. Perfect for co-parenting or families where both parents want to stay informed.

What data does HolaNolis collect?
We collect only what is strictly necessary: account information (name, email, age), conversation data (encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM), and usage metadata (session times, message counts). We never sell data to third parties. All personal data is encrypted with per-user keys and stored in compliance with GDPR.
Can my child disable supervision?
No. The supervision level is set by the tutor and accepted by the minor during onboarding. Once accepted, it cannot be unilaterally changed. However, either party can initiate a renegotiation process — this ensures fairness while keeping the parent in control.
Does it work on any device?
Yes. HolaNolis is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that works on any modern device with a browser — phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops. No app store download required. You can install it on the home screen for a native-like experience.
What languages is it available in?
At launch, HolaNolis supports English, Spanish, and Catalan. We are planning to expand to 15 languages in the near future. Nolis adapts its responses to the language your child is using.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal, accessible from your HolaNolis account. No questions asked, no hidden fees. Your account will revert to the free plan at the end of the billing period.
Is it compatible with other parental control apps?
Yes. HolaNolis operates entirely through a web browser, so it works alongside any parental control app you already use (Google Family Link, Apple Screen Time, Qustodio, etc.). No conflicts, no interference.
